Is love like the movies?

Like a walk to remember, or the movie I just watched Elvis and Annabelle. I mean I know they only show the perfect moments and they meet the weirdest ways but that shouldn't matter if your in love right? It doesn't matter how you meet its just when your in love your in love. Everyone says love is so powerful and it kills when your not with them but when I read other yahoo answers about this question everyone kept saying "We wish." Does every couple have perfect moments like the movie though? I know they fight but I just don't understand how people say love is so perfect but nothing like the movies? The movies make it seem perfect! They just seem so in love, are people really feel the same way when the find the one?
