Sinking feeling in my chest?

i randomly get this sinking feeling in my heart/chest sometimes. it usually is triggered by coldness. its the same kind of feeling you get when you go down a roller coaster (except less severe). its been happening randomly for a while now, and it happened again all day today. what should i do about it? is there something wrong?
