Is there a way to view the firefox error log?

A couple of times, when I open a new tab & perform a search from the addy bar, firefox restarts on me. I'm pretty sure it's because of an add-on. Does firefox have an error log, or do I have to enable/disable addons (urgh) to find the problem?
