Bitmap images resizing help?

Hi, over the years i have taken pictures on my laptop using Cyberlink Youcam. I deleted many pictures and recently found them when i was randomly searching my computer. My issue is, they are Bitmap images and i want to find maybe the actual photos or find a way to convert them back maybe? thanks ;)
