I don't know what to do!! Help me!!?

So I recently caught up with an old friend of mine and she wants to have a sleepover. The only problem is that she's bisexual (and I am too but I'm not out...) and she always talks about how we should mess around. I totally agree and I'm down for it but her mom won't let her have sleepovers at her house because she is suspicious of her doing bad things.. And my mom would be suspicious if I randomly decided to have a friend from like two years ago over and my mom is a REALLY light sleeper so she would wake up like instantly if anything happened... I know i'm gonna get stupid comments like "don't do it your too young" yeah well shut up, it's my life so I make the descions. Stop telling me what to do, it's my choice and I've thought it over a lot and I decided that I want to. I didn't ask for your prudency, I asked for help on what to do...
