My bikini line ripped why? what should i do?

So I have a yeast infection I got Monistat 3 day been using it for 2 days been puting the egg like thing in and using the wipes and the cream. Well today was the last day so I use a mirror to see what it looks like now and move my lip over to put it on my bikini line and randomly started bleeding randomly like the skin ripped. It happened on both sides I don't know why or how it happened it didn't hurt when it did though. I put antiseptic on it that hurt. Any information on what it is or how you could help.
