URGH, boy trouble need help?

Well, I'm 13. Theres this one boy in my class I really like. I talk to him all the time, were quite close. Not like freakishly best friend close, but were good friends. He told me he loved me the other day, and were not dating. I was like ummm ok, and I just quickly signed out. The reason I didn't tell him I loved him back was because I don't want to get hurt the same way as I did the last time I had a boyfriend (me and this other boy dated for 10 months, when I told him i loved him, he dumped me.. gr8!) But I'm just scared to get hurt again. Anywaaay, I just do not know what to do. This boy grabs my hand at school randomly and always flirts with me and I think I'm falling for him, EVEN THOUGH I am only 13, I know what I feel like. So, what should I do to get him to date me?
