No. Sperm lives 72 hours in the female body. When the cm is clear and looks like egg whites that is when you ovulate and you have a 3 day window to get pregnant after that. KEEP HAVING SEX for the next couple of days. AND don't get discourages a fertile couple takes an average of 6 cycles to conceive. If you want to better your chances of getting pregnant have your ob run some fertility bloodwork on you. Irregular cycles is a sign of having non ovulating cycles. You can still have the cm and not actually release an egg. Clomid fixes this problem. I got pregnant after 3 cycles with clomid. You can also use home ovulation tests. They make ttc 10X easier.
