Oh lord!!! my science is poor!!!! can somebody help me??? pls~?

my science is teaching in english.. i always score an A in my english exam. but, i dont know why i'cant understand science's language(english)!!! so, what should i do??? my always get a D, sometime E.. urgh~ help me pls~
