Do all marijuana plants have spiky leaves?

i found a plant randomly growing, and it had 5 big leaves, 2 little leaves. had a hairy stem, and small pink flowers growing on the top.. but the leaves weren't as rugged as the weed plants i've seen online. they also smell like weed, and look sticky.. but are oval.. and its throwing me off haha. also when i picked it up it sprang right up, so i know it was planted.
