IOS 5 Beta 2 Sync Problem.?

I got iOS 5 Beta 2 on my iPhone, wifi sync was working fine and so was the wired sync. Then randomly this morning it says it can't sync because the required file couldn't be found. What should I do? I need to sync my phone. Please help me!
