How to convince my parents into letting me get guinea pigs?

Just continue showing them your responsible and stop asking for a little while. Give it about a month or two then ask them again in a nice way. Also if your parents are the ones taking care of the rabbit then they definitely don't want to take care of another animal by themselves. (if that is the case)
